Amit Panghal becomes first Indian Male Boxer to reach World Championship final

Star Indian Boxer, Amit Panghal has created history by becoming the first Indian male boxer to enter the final of the World Championship. Panghal beat Kazakhstan’s Saken Bibossinov in an intense-fought semi-final bout of the 52kg Flyweight category, winning the bout by 3-2. He will face Uzbekistan’s Shakhobidin Zoirov on Saturday in the final. Panghal had won the gold medal at the 2018 Asian Games.
