Andy Murray’s pre-season training interrupted by groin injury

Andy Murray had to cancel his training schedule in Miami due to a persistent groin injury. The former world no.1 sustained a bruise in his pelvic bone during Britain’s Davis Cup campaign last month. He played only a singles match before skipping the event. However, Murray’s Grand Slam comeback at next month’s Australian Open is apparently not in danger. He will most likely receive a wild card to compete in Melbourne.
