Venezuela held Brazil to a goalless draw in the Copa America after some dramatic final minutes as a late Philippe Coutinho strike was ruled out by VAR. Coutinho thought he had guided Brazil into the quarterfinals in the 87th minute when he made a clinical finish but for the second time in the match, Chilean referee Julio Bascunan ruled out a Brazilian goal after an infringement alert by the video assistant referee.
