County Championship 2022: Glamorgan’s Sam Northeast scores 400 against Leicestershire, joins elite list

Glamorgan batter Sam Northeast became only the fourth batter to score 400 runs in County Championship innings. He achieved the feat in only 447 balls against Leicestershire on July 23, Saturday, in Leicester. The 32-year-old has now joined the elite list, comprising Brian Lara, AC MacLaren and Graeme Hick, who have scored 400 runs in an innings in the competition.
