Deepika Kumari's Olympic journey ends with elimination in quarter final

Indian archer Deepika Kumari, who earlier today advanced to the quarter-final at Tokyo Olympics, crashed out of the event with a 0-6 defeat to top seed An San of South Korea in the women’s individual archery event. An San won the first set with three 10s, making the road to a medal difficult for the Indian archer. An San completely dominated the match and won three sets straight to secure a win against Deepika.
