Belgium and Netherlands both registered 4-0 wins over Scotland and Estonia respectively in the Euro 2020 qualifying round, while Germany clinched a crucial victory against Northern Ireland to set their course for the next year’s finals right on track. However, group leaders Croatia suffered a blow in their qualifying campaign as they managed only a 1-1 draw with Azerbaijan. Meanwhile, Slovakia beat Budapest 2-1.
