In a shocking revelation in his book 'The Full Monty,' former England spinner Monty Panesar admitted that he used sunscreen lotions, mints, saliva & tracksuit zips to make the ball reverse swing. Panesar has played 50 test matches for England & picked 126 wickets. He featured in 26 ODI with 24 wickets to his name. He wrote in his book-we found mints & sunscreen had an effect on the saliva, that helped the ball to reverse.
