Finland qualified for their first major tournament with a 3-0 victory over Liechtenstein while Sweden secured their place at the Euro 2020 finals as well after beating Romania 2-0. Meanwhile, Italy managed a record 10th straight win as they defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina 3-0 in Zenica. Already-qualified Spain inflicted a 7-0 thrashing to Malta. In other matches, Norway registered a 4-0 win over Faroe Islands.
