Former African footballer Mohamed Farah dies due to COVID-19

Somali legend Abdulkadir Mohamed Farah has died at 59 after suffering from coronavirus. Farah breathed his last at a Northwest London Hospital after testing positive for the deadly virus last week. He was acting as an advisor to the Minister of Youth and Sport in Somalia. Farah becomes the first African football star to die from the coronavirus pandemic which has claimed over 20,000 lives worldwide so far.
