Gibbs names India, England as 2019 WC contenders

South African great Herschelle Gibbs has named India and England as the strong favourites for the ICC World Cup 2019 that starts from May 30 onwards. While naming India and England as the standout performers for World Cup 2019, Gibbs failed to name two other semifinal possibilities. He believes a lot depends on the weather conditions in England and bowlers will play a large part throughout the tournament.
