Goa swimming coach arrested after allegedly molesting minor swimmer

Goa Swimming Association has sacked coach Surajit Ganguly after a video of him molesting a 15-year old swimmer surfaced online. Minister of State for Sports and Youth Affairs Kiren Rijiju announced the termination via his twitter handle. The incident allegedly happened in Mapusa, a Northern Goa town but the date of the incident is still unclear. The Goa Police booked coach Surajit on charges of rape and molestation.
