ICC has cleared England pacer Liam Plunkett following allegations he might have tampered with the ball during the second ODI against Pakistan. A short video clip from Saturday’s match in Southampton resulted in a debate on Twitter, with many on social media claiming the 34-year-old was involved in the act of foul play.
