India loses 2-5 to Belgium in Tokyo Olympics hockey semifinal

India men's hockey team's heart-winning campaign at Tokyo Olympics came to an end with a defeat against world champion Belgium in the semifinal. Belgium defeated India 5-2 to enter the final. It was a nail-biting contest till the third quarter where the scoreline read 2-2. However, Belgium completely dominated the fourth quarter, capitalising the penalty shootouts to take the game away from India.
