India suffer 1-2 loss to New Zealand in women’s hockey
The Indian women’s hockey team suffered a heart-breaking 1-2 defeat to New Zealand in their nerve-tickling second match of the ongoing tour after an impressive display. While Salima Tete scored for India, Megan Hull struck twice for the hosts. The Indian eves had started the New Zealand Tour positively with a 4-0 victory against the New Zealand Development squad in their first match. The next match is on January 29.
