The India women's hockey team edged past South Africa 4-3 in their final Pool A game on Saturday to keep alive their hopes of qualifying for the quarter-finals. In their five Group Stage matches, India won two and lost three. Rani and girls' fate will now depend on Ireland's game against Great Britain. The Rani Rampal-led Indian outfit gained a 1-0 lead in the first quarter as Vandana Katariya got her name on the scoring sheet.
