Former England skipper Michael Vaughan has offered his thoughts on the IPL becoming a 10-team tournament from 2022. Vaughan tweeted that with the two new franchises being bought for huge sums of money, it is clear that the IPL is the most powerful entity in the game of cricket. The 46-year-old also added that people will now get to see more matches being played in the IPL going forward.
