Jason Roy pulls out of IPL 2022

England opener Jason Roy has pulled out of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022. It is understood that he does not want to stay in the tournament bubble for an extended period. Gujarat Titans had signed the England batter for his base price of Rs. 2 crore at the mega auction. They are yet to name a replacement for Roy.
