Kirti Azad makes acting debut with ‘Kirket’

Former India all-rounder Kirti Azad has made his acting debut with the Hindi film ‘Kirket’. Directed by Yogendra Singh the film released on Friday. The plot chronicles around Azad’s 10-year struggle to get Bihar Cricket Association recognized by BCCI and how they were mistreated. Azad, 60, is from Bihar and was a pivotal member of the 1983 World Cup-winning squad playing 7 Tests and 25 ODIs for India in his career.
