The Canoe Cruisers Association of Greater Washington backed by non-profit group Democracy Forward has filed a lawsuit against US Coast Guard commandant Karl L. Schultz and Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen M. Nielsen at Maryland District Court for illegal imposition of restrictions on Potomac River to create 'permanent security zone' when US President Donald Trump is playing at his National Golf Club in Sterling.
