‘Listen, just hang in there’: Ashish Nehra reveals MS Dhoni’s words that inspired him to play 2011 World Cup

During 2011 WC, Nehra was in the not good physical state due a bad back and wanted to opt-out. Dhoni came into play and suggested the pacer to have a second thought before the final call. Dhoni also suggested Nehra to wait until the very end, but the latter had already asked the captain and Tendulkar to have the replacement. Nehra said he was “really struggling” to fit in but motivating words from Dhoni kept him going.
