Maradona returns as coach two days after leaving

Diego Maradona has announced he is set to return as coach of Argentina’s Superliga side Gimnasia, just two days after resigning. He had earlier said due to the lack of political unity in the club he is leaving but now the situation has changed as he feels safe now. The 59-year-old former Argentina captain and coach took charge at Gimnasia in September, when it was languishing at the bottom of the 24-club Superliga.
