Mary Kom loses 2 kgs in 4 hours for Poland tournament, wins gold

Indian boxer Mary Kom had to lose 2kgs in 4 hours to avoid disqualification from a boxing tournament in Poland. Four hours before the general weigh-in for the event, Kom realised that she was a couple of kilograms over 48kg, her category for the competition. She landed jet-lagged in Poland at around 3.30 am but lost the weight by skipping for an hour. She picked up her third gold of the year at the event.
