Maximum 10 Russian track & field athletes allowed at Tokyo Games

Not more than 10 Russian track and field athletes will get a chance to compete under a neutral flag at this summer's Tokyo Olympic. World Athletics has also fined the Russian athletics federation $10m for violating anti-doping rules. However, Athletes will be suspended from Tokyo 2020 Games if half of the fine is not paid by 1 July. Back in December, Russia was handed a four-year ban from all major sports events.
