Rafael Nadal recovered from a shock loss to Belgium’s David Goffin to win the doubles rubber and guided Spain into the semifinal of the ATP Cup team event. The World no.1 partnered with Pablo Carreno Busta to win the crucial decider 6-7(7) 7-5 10-7 against Sander Gille and Joran Vliegen after Spain and Belgium had split the singles results earlier. Spain will now play Australia while Serbia will take on Russia.
