Novak Djokovic won the Italian Open 2022 title with a victory over Stefanos Tsitsipas in the final on Sunday, May 15. The Serb thus clinched his first title of the season with a 6-0, 7-6(5) win over the Greek tennis star. The world number one bagged his sixth Italian Open title. He also had bagged the 1000th tour-level win of his career when he defeated Casper Ruud to enter the final.
