American Comedian Ellen De Genres took to her Twitter handle to express her love for famous singer Justin Bieber. She tweeted: One thing that never changes is the way I adore @JustinBieber. To which the adorable singer responded, tweeting: We were so close to making this the album cover. Meanwhile, Changes is the fifth studio album by Bieber, which was released on February 14, Valentine's day.
