Quality of bowling in PSL lot better than IPL: Wasim Akram says foreign players said to him

Legendary Pakistan fast bowler Wasim Akram said he has always been particular about asking the difference between Indian Premier League (IPL) and Pakistan Super League to foreign players with whom he has worked in the PSL. Akram said a lot of foreign players have told him that the quality of bowling in PSL is 'a lot better' than IPL. However, he conceded that PSL has not been able to produce young batsmen as much as IPL.
