Double celebration for Afganistan's leg-spinner, Rashid Khan. After becoming the youngest man to ever top ICC world rankings for Men’s Cricket, he becomes the youngest captain in international cricket history. The 19 year and 165 days old is going to make his captaincy debut on March 4th in Cricket World Cup Qualifier (CWCQ). Earlier this record was held by Rajin Saleh who led Bangladesh at the age of 20 years and 297 days
