RCB, first IPL team to appoint a woman as a support staff member

The Royal Challengers Bengaluru became the first team in the tournament to hire a woman support staff. The team appointed Navnita Gautam as their Sports Massage Therapist for the 13th edition of IPL. Her main work will be to identify and implement massage therapy to help the team prepare and recover better. The team also roped in Mike Hesson as their Director of Cricket Operations and Simon Katich as a new Head Coach.
