The 5-match series against New Zealand begins on Jan 24 in Auckland, New Zealand. Vice-captain Rohit Sharma returned to India's 16-member T20I squad for the tour of New Zealand and Kerala batsman Sanju Samson has been dropped. The 5-man selection panel also got back pacer Mohammed Shami who was rested for the T20I series against Sri Lanka. India and New Zealand will play each other in 3 ODIs & 2 tests after that.
