Spanish captain Sergio Busquets has tested positive for coronavirus a week ahead of the start of Euro 2020. As a precautionary measure, Spain's Under 21 National Team will play against Lithuania. "The rest of the members of the concentration have all tested negative," Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) said. Those who came in close contact with Busquets have been isolated as a precautionary measure.
