Sri Lanka recently returned home after a successful Pakistan tour without any security issues. However, Sri Lanka's tour of Pakistan in December for a 2-match Test series now remains uncertain. Sri Lankan board president Shammi Silva has claimed he got fed-up staying in hotel rooms for 3-4 days due to security arrangements. The board will reconsult with players and officials before making an official decision.
