Steve Smith hits back at Ian Chappell after shocking allegation

Steve Smith has responded to Ian Chappell’s allegation of ‘white-anting’ (Australian term for undermining) Tim Paine during the Day-Night Test against Pakistan in Adelaide. Chappell had criticized the former Aussie captain as he thought Smith was trying to fiddle with the position of a fielder which was initially set by skipper Paine. However, Smith says he was only trying to help the skipper as much as possible.
