Sumit Antil wins gold medal in men's javelin throw at Paralympics 2020, sets world record

India's Sumit Antil won Gold medal at the Tokyo Olympic Games 2020 in the men's Javelin Throw F64 event. He also set a World Record with a throw of 68.55m. With this, India's tally goes up to seven medals. This was also India's second gold medal at the ongoing Tokyo Paralympics 2020 after Avanti Lekhara won the top prize in shooting, earlier in the day.
