Sunil Gavaskar heaped praise on Mohammed Shami and Umesh Yadav's lethal spells in the third Test which left the South African batsmen baffled. The batting legend said South Africa had no clue about whether to go forward or backward. While Dean Elgar sustained a concussion, failing to evade a Umesh Yadav bouncer, Zubayr Hamza, Temba Bavuma and others were completely beaten by sheer pace and the length said Gavaskar.
