When asked why Hardik is not bowling, Virat Kohli stated that Hardik’s workload had to be managed. However, former Indian batting legend Sunil Gavaskar has a different point of view. Gavaskar opined that the balance of the side needs to be looked at, and if the player cannot fit into the current requirements of the side citing workload management, then he must not even find a spot in the playing XI.
