India head coach Rahul Dravid opined that there were just two ways to get batters out on the flaccid Kanpur pitch for the first Test versus New Zealand. However, he lauded his bowlers for taking the game to the wire in what could have been a drab contest. Negating fading light, three quality Indian spinners and a subcontinent track, New Zealand eked out a well-fought draw to save the match with just a wicket left.
