After merger with India’s Voonik, ShopUp bags $75 Mn in second round

Bangladesh-based B2B commerce platform ShopUp, which merged with Bengaluru-based fashion retailer Voonik last year, has received a Series B round of funding worth $75 Mn from billionaire entrepreneur and venture capitalist Peter Thiel’s Valar Ventures. The round also saw participation from Prosus Ventures, Flourish Ventures, Sequoia Capital India, and VEON Ventures.
