2 billion users globally use WhatsApp today

As per global statistics 2 billion users use WhatsApp. Zuckerberg said that the user base of WhatsApp is 1.5 billion monthly active users who are exchanging nearly 60 billion messages in a single day. With 400 million users India ranks among the biggest markets. This roughly comprises of 25%. Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad had slammed Whatsapp and originators as it remained an outstanding concern with the messaging platform.
