Google has taken a major step on harassment cases at its workplace after facing campus walkouts and criticism from across the world. The web search engine has announced that it now has a website where the employees can report harassment and discrimination more easily. After making changes in its policies, Google released document stating what qualifies as harassment and discrimination and how Google will probe it.
