US retail giant has dethroned tech giants Google and Apple to become the most valuable global company. The brand value of Amazon has jumped up by 52% to $315 billion, according to recent global market research. Amazon has jumped from 3rd to 1st while Google slipped from 1st to 3rd. Apple retained its 2nd position. Key acquisition, great customer support and disruptive business model helped Amazon to achieve this.
