Amazon removes only a fraction of fake reviews

According to Which? Amazon is removing only a fraction of fake & suspicious product reviews. It has removed 78,000 reviews of popular technology products for the past 3 years, but it isn't nearly enough to tackle the problem. Review checker ReviewMeta data suggests that unverified reviews on Amazon have increased from 6% to 31% this year. In March, no of unverified reviews on Amazon rose by nearly 300% as compared to Feb.
