Amazon: world's most valuable private company

Overtaking Microsoft and other fellow tech giants, for the first time on Monday, Amazon has become the most valuable private company globally. Amazon has seen remarkable growth in recent years and its revenue has jumped from $74.5 billion in 2013 to $232.3 billion in 2018. Monday, Amazon witnessed a growth of 3.4% and with that its capitalization has reached $796.8 billion mark to reach the top spot.
