Anti-spam app- Apple to help India

Indian telecom regulator and Apple were having a face-off since last year where Apple had discussed developing anti-spam app for iOS. However, later, Apple decided to not to cooperate, saying their user privacy might be compromised. They have now decided to develop an app through which the users can take some measure against spams. However, Apple is mum about the differences between the Android and iOS version.
