Apple produced $14 Bn worth of iPhones in India in FY23

Apple has manufactured iPhones worth $14 billion in India during the last fiscal year, according to Bloomberg. The move is seen as an effort to reduce its dependence on Chinese production facilities. Approximately 14% of the iPhones produced by the company are now made in India, which is about one in seven made across the 2024 fiscal year. The models range from the iPhone 12 to the base iPhone 15, excluding 15 Pro and Pro Max models.
