Caroline Rainsford is the country director for Google in New Zealand, Auckland. She's also in charge of 1,800 employees in Australia. Rainsford, a single mother and working woman, is an incredible inspiration. She advocates for working mothers: "You can certainly be both and make it work," Rainsford said, adding that she tries to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night to be at her best for a full day of parenting and working.
