China launches first ever communication satellite

China on Saturday has launched its 1st ever communication satellite into space to give broadband internet services globally to compete with its rival Google and other international companies. The satellite was launched from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Centre in north-western China. It is the 1st in the Hongyun project designed by China Aerospace Science and Industry Corp and has designed life on more than 1 year.
