In their letter, Apple workers voiced their displeasure with the new policy, claiming that some staff were compelled to resign when the company informed them that permanent remote work would only be permitted for individuals with proven medical problems. Workers at Google are also dissatisfied with the company's resolve to get most employees back to work, and they are growing upset with the uncertainty.
