Even though there are jobs, Indians lack required skill set: IBM chief

The chairman, president, and chief executive of IBM, Ginni Rometty said that the Indians are lacking the required skill set even though there are jobs and that this is a universal problem and not just limited to Indian shores. The domestic software industry directly hires over 4 million. At a company conference on Wednesday, she said that people should give more importance to skills than the degree.
