Facebook contractors across world will get increased pay from 2020

Facebook on Monday announced that it will raise the hourly wage of the thousands of the contract workers across the US which will be now $18 from $15 per hour. These changes will come into effect from the middle of 2020. The social media giant has also said that similar changes will be made in other parts of the world. This comes after the long-term impacts of working as a contract moderator for Fb were revealed.
